There’s nothing more inspiring, entertaining, and motivating than a joyous leader. Things happen. We’ve got to learn to be pragmatic, and deal with what needs shifting, changing, resolving, transforming, and making good. When we get a breakthrough to success, its a joyous feeling. To invest in coaching requires a return on investment to the business. Obviously this is the first measure of best investment. We want measurable goals to achieve. We’re required to make a difference to performance measures. We may require to get the corporate financially stable again. Or we’re moving from one phase to another in business development.
