Terms: Coaching credit is valid for 3 months. A full refund is available after the first 30 minutes of the first Coaching, if you are unsatisfied, or, in full before the first coaching call, with 7 days notice of cancellation. Further refunds are not available after Coaching is delivered.
If Margaret-Jane Howe were unable to deliver coaching due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds would be made for coaching sessions outstanding which had been paid in advance.
